We make every effort to provide a large variety of services to best fit your solid waste needs.
Roll Cart Sizes:
We offer service packages that include your choice of one 35 or 65 gallon roll cart for weekly garbage service; one 95 gallon commingled recycling cart; and one yard debris cart which are picked up on alternate weeks.  See Recycle Schedule
Starting Service:
Call our office during open hours so we can discuss your needs for service and get your billing information. We ask our new customers to pay two months in advance to start service.Payment can be made by credit card over the phone, (503) 393-2262; by mailing a check or money order to our remittance address; or you can visit us during office hours. Billing and Non-Payment:
We bill residential customers every other month. We bill for the prior month and one month in advance. Non-payment may result in interruption of service or collection of your roll carts. Fees will apply to resume service and redeliver carts.
Holidays:
THANKSGIVING: We are closed Thanksgiving Day. Service for Thursday and Friday customers will be one day late: Thursday service is on Friday, and Friday service is on Saturday.
CHRISTMAS and NEW YEARS: We are closed on Christmas and New Years Days. If either of these holidays fall on a week day, that day’s collection will be one day late as will the remainder of that week. We run on the normal Monday through Friday schedule if either of these days fall on the weekend.
OTHER HOLIDAYS: We work all other holidays, including President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.
